Per una Established in 2001 by George Davies, per una is considered by many as an important factor in the revitalisation of Marks & Spencer’s Ladieswear business. In turn, per una acknowledges that Buyerplan has made a “significant contribution to our success”. Many of the new facilities and enhancements to the system have been made in conjunction with per una.

Austin Reed Upmarket brand Austin Reed have made continued successful use of the Buyerplan system which has helped the new management team restore the business to higher levels of profitability. Using the system to plan the merchandising of the growing Outlet business separately has now been successfully achieved.

QS QS has been an important collaborative partner being the first user of the latest incarnation of the core WSSI system and now successfully using the Range Reviewer facility. Recent acquisition and investment by India based textile giant Grabal Alok has provided a drive for growth supported by the sales forecasting, stock management and open-to-buy control offered by Buyerplan.
S Porter When George Davies relaunched his S’porter football club retail operation with the contract to handle merchandising for Arsenal he turned to Decision Systems to provide the planning, product development and supplier ordering software to support the growth of the business.

Dunnes Leading Irish retailer Dunnes Stores are completing a pilot with Decision Systems Buyerplan system for their Ladieswear business. Although just part of the Apparel and Homeware offer this is a very significantly sized business run by over 30 buyers and merchandisers all using the DSL system. The users are very enthusiastic and propound the benefits they obtain compared to the previously used spreadsheet-based planning tools.
CC CC, formerly Country Casuals are new users of the Buyerplan Merchandise Planner module, which has been taken to replace the manually intensive spreadsheet WSSI. A key driver was the amount of data input required previously on Monday mornings to prepare for trading meetings. Specific views have been developed to deliver the data required for those meetings and plans are updated with actuals without any user intervention.
